Speaker. Consultant. Trainer. Advocate.
Hello, and welcome! I'm Fatima M. Smith, a “social mom-trepreneur,” survivor, and fierce advocate for communities of color. I'm also the Founder of FMS Speaks, a platform that trains, educates, and equips institutions looking to enhance their Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) initiatives.
Areas of Expertise
I utilize a JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) approach because often diversity and inclusion are used as coded language that does not center justice, equity or liberation.
